SOMETHING NEW!
‘LAST BLOSSOMS’
(Mixed media on 48h”x 60w” stretched canvas)
This painting can be understood as a visual argument that nature contains far more color than we initially perceive, and that those colors reveal themselves through layers, movement, and accumulation rather than singular tones.

Pressed Blooms, Fresh Views
Through my plein air sketches, I capture Washington, DC in its most authentic moments — the quiet charm of rowhomes, the grandeur of monuments, and the everyday energy of the city. My work blends observation with artistry, turning familiar landmarks into personal, one-of-a-kind keepsakes. Whether you’re a local or a visitor, these sketches let you bring home a piece of the District’s spirit.
